# Refunds

> What is refunded automatically, what you need to ask for, and who to ask.

## Automatic

A prediction bought in **pay-per-win** and declared **lost** is refunded with no
action on your side. The details are in [Pay-per-win](/en/parieurs/pay-per-win).

## On request

Email [support@tipster4you.com](mailto:support@tipster4you.com) from your account's
address, with the link to the prediction or the tipster's name and the date, in these
cases:

* match cancelled or postponed after your purchase;
* prediction whose content does not match what was announced;
* double payment;
* single purchase or subscription you dispute.

Every request is reviewed by a person. Support replies by email.

## Subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops the renewal; access stays open until the end of the
period already paid. A subscription refund request is reviewed by support case by case.

## How the money comes back

Every refund goes through Stripe and returns to the original payment method. How long
it takes to appear depends on your bank.
