# Subscriptions and promo codes

> Create your subscription plans (up to 3, with several durations), discount codes, and track your subscribers.

Subscription is the sale mode that builds loyalty: your subscribers get every
prediction attached to their plan for the chosen duration, and they are notified at
every publication.

## Creating a plan

In the **Subscriptions** tab of your tipster area, **New plan** button. You can create
**up to 3 plans**.

* **Plan name**, for instance "European football".
* **Description**: what the subscriber gets.
* **Stake units**: the number of units you stake on this plan's predictions (1.00,
  2.50, 5.00…). This value is shown on every prediction of the plan.
* **Pricing options**: up to 3 price / duration-in-days pairs, for instance €29.99 for
  30 days and €79.99 for 90 days. The subscriber picks the duration that suits them.

Every prediction published in "Subscription" mode is attached to one specific plan:
only its subscribers see it.

The price shown to the bettor is yours; the platform's commission is taken from what
you collect, see [Grades and commissions](/en/tipsters/grades-et-commissions).

## Promo codes

The **Create a promotion** page is at `tipster4you.com/en/seller/promo`. It asks for:

* **Code**: what the bettor will type, for instance `BACK2026`;
* **Discount**, as a percentage;
* **Start date** and **end date**;
* **Usage limit**: how many times the code can be used, 0 for unlimited.

The "Active promotions" list shows each code, its number of uses and its state.

## Tracking your subscribers

The **Subscription statistics** card gives the total subscribers, active subscribers,
monthly revenue, the **renewal rate** and the performance plan by plan.

## Cancellations

A subscriber who cancels keeps access until the end of their paid period, then leaves
the active subscribers. You have nothing to do.
