A prediction bought in pay-per-win and declared lost is refunded with no action on your side. The details are in Pay-per-win.

On request

Email support@tipster4you.com from your account’s address, with the link to the prediction or the tipster’s name and the date, in these cases:

• match cancelled or postponed after your purchase;
• prediction whose content does not match what was announced;
• double payment;
• single purchase or subscription you dispute.

Every request is reviewed by a person. Support replies by email.

Subscription

Cancelling a subscription stops the renewal; access stays open until the end of the period already paid. A subscription refund request is reviewed by support case by case.

How the money comes back

Every refund goes through Stripe and returns to the original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank.
